Reviewing and Restructuring Org Chart: An in-depth review of your team, defining roles, identifying strengths, and restructuring if necessary
Project Management: Overseeing projects from planning through to completion and creating/improving a project management system
Systems and Processes: Review all systems and processes to find the holes, connecting the dots, automate (including the use of AI), delegate, and create Standard Operating Procedures.
Operations Management: Reviewing operating budgets to find efficiencies, tracking against key KPIs, and creating and managing budgets.
